Solo designer at a Product dev

Partcloud.co was a software agency which partners with founders, venture studios, accelerators and incubators to build market-ready products.


Working closely with the CEO and 3 Product managers, my core work involved visioning, & conceptualizing MVPs from Marketing pages to Product UIs — for the agency clients. I facilitated requirement gatherings, stakeholder presentations, and dev-handoff.


Asides Product design, I also did some Branding, & Identity work - logos, animations & email templates. This role stretched me, as I was the first port of call for all the agency deliverables.

My responsiblities

  • Full digital experience for agency clients: logos to websites

  • Run sprints, collaborate with the 3 Product managers to collect and assess client needs.

  • Transform PRDs into captivating, user-focused experiences.

  • Write design and motion specs for the webflow developers

  • Embrace ambiguity, Prioritize the roadmap

Day-to-day work

  • Idea generation, Sitemap restructuring, and Website redesign

  • Building structure and constraints into our work: autolayout, components, variants, sizing, type scale

  • Expanding the colors from the Brandbook

  • Motion design and Illustrations

  • Lot of iterations, and draft UIs

Working closely with the CEO and 3 Product managers, my work involved coming up with a lot of landing and marketing pages — for agency clients, and our customer-facing website. For client work, I had to interface directly in meetings with account officers, Webflow, and .Bubble devs.


Asides Product design, I also made logos, & email templates. For internal comms, we used Google suite, Trello, and slack.


This role stretched me, and taught me what it's like — working for early stage startups.
